Rocky Hambric
Founder
Rocky Hambric has spent his career representing some of the most accomplished athletes
in professional golf. Over the course of nearly four decades, he has represented seven
major champions and six members of the World Golf Hall of Fame, establishing himself as
one of the sport's most respected agents.
Throughout his career, Rocky has guided athletes through every stage of professional golf,
from launching PGA Tour careers to negotiating transformative endorsement partnerships
and managing long-term business opportunities. His ability to combine strategic vision
with trusted personal relationships has made him one of golf's premier player
representatives.
As one of the industry's forward-thinking leaders, Rocky was among the first to build a fully
integrated management model, helping athletes navigate an increasingly complex media,
sponsorship, and business landscape.
Today, his expertise continues to be sought by professional golfers, universities, sports
organizations, and leading brands across the golf industry.
David Winkle
Managing Partner
David began his career as a Player Manager in 1987 and has spent decades building a
reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.
Widely respected throughout the golf industry, David has represented numerous major
championship winners and worked alongside some of the game's most accomplished
players. His experience, steady leadership, and trusted relationships have made him a
valued advisor to both players and industry partners.
A graduate of the University of Texas, where he was a member of the golf team for two
years, David combines firsthand knowledge of competitive golf with decades of experience
in athlete representation.
Blake Smith
Managing Partner
Blake Hambric is a respected leader in athlete representation, continuing Hambric Sports'
tradition of excellence while bringing a modern perspective to professional golf
management.
Since joining Hambric Sports after earning his Business Management degree from Texas
Tech University in 2000, Blake has represented some of golf's elite players, including major
champions Scottie Scheffler and Brooks Koepka.
Blake specializes in building long-term relationships founded on trust, communication,
and personalized services. His client-first approach focuses on helping athletes maximize
their potential both competitively and commercially while creating opportunities that
extend far beyond tournament golf.
His leadership continues to strengthen Hambric Sports' reputation as one of golf's premier
management firms.
Duncan Maxim
Managing Partner
Duncan joined Hambric Sports in 2018 after gaining valuable experience with one of the
world's leading sports agencies. Since joining the firm, he has become an integral part of
the management team, helping identify emerging talent, develop player careers, and build
meaningful partnerships across professional golf.
Prior to beginning his career in athlete representation, Duncan studied Business Law at the
University of Lincoln in England, providing him with a strong foundation in negotiation,
contracts, and business strategy.
His understanding of athlete management, combined with his commitment to
personalized service, allows him to guide clients through every stage of their professional
careers with confidence and integrity.
Robert Duck
Executive Vice President
Robert joined Hambric Sports International in 2024 after twelve years of collegiate coaching at Florida State University. After two years in the PGA system, in 2003 Robert joined Rocky Hambric in starting the Hambric Sports International business. Managing the careers of Sandy Lyle, Francesco Molinari, Oliver Wilson and Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano. In 2012, he became the Director of Player Development for the Florida State University men’s and women’s golf program, working with the likes of All- Americans Brooks Koepka, Daniel Berger, John Pak, Matilda Castren, Frida Kinhult and Morgane Metraux.
Walker Huddy
Player Manager
Walker joined Hambric Sports in 2017 after playing on the Cal Men’s Golf Team. He graduated with a degree from the prestigious Haas School of Business and was a two-time Pac-12 Academic All American.
Hank Yates
Player Manager
Joining Hambric in 2022, Hank brings a unique and diverse sports background to the team. A multi-sport athlete, Yates was the 9th round selection of the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2013 and has first-hand experience of what it takes to be a professional athlete. Following his playing stint with the Dodgers organization, Yates returned to the University of Delaware and earned a degree in Sports Management. In 2017, Hank began his career as a golf agent and has helped golfers navigate the transition from college to the PGA tour.
Mark Haastrup
Player Manager
Mark joined Hambric Sports in 2020, but he is not new to the company, having been a client of Hambric Sports since he turned professional in 2007. He started playing golf age 9 and having progressed through the amateur ranks in Denmark, he went to college in America, before turning professional. Mark has played on the Challenge Tour and European Tour for 10 years, with two 3rd place finishes as his best results on the European Tour. Mark now looks forward to this new chapter of his life in Player Management.
Fiona Ridley
Player Manager
Fiona joined Hambric in 2024, but is not new to the industry having worked in golf client management for the past 10 years. Ahead of starting in the sports industry Fiona graduated from Durham university in 2012 with a degree in Sociology.
Joel Stalter
Player Manager
Joël joined Hambric in 2026, bringing a rare combination of tour-winning experience and business perspective. A DP World Tour winner and First Team All-American, Joël pairs a 12-year professional career with a degree from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Driven by a player-first philosophy, he is dedicated to helping the next generation navigate the professional journey with the insight and empathy of someone who has truly walked the path. By combining athletic intuition with a sharp business mind, Joël helps talent build authentic, long-term careers that carry lasting weight both on and off the course.
Savannah Huemoeller
Client Services Manager & Executive Assistant
Savannah Huemoeller joined Hambric Sports in March 2025 as our Client Services Manager and Executive Assistant to Blake Smith. She works closely with clients and their families year-round, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all aspects of representation.
